It's official, we are have received Platinum certification from the USGBC for 115.5 points!
What does that mean? Well, as of 4/23/2010, there is a Pilot project in MN that has 121 points (it was a gut-rehab). Next, there is the home recently just certified in San Francisco, also a gut-rehab, at 117 points.
Then there's our project at 115.5 points. This means that......
We are the 3rd highest-scoring project in the US since LEED for Homes existence
We are the 2rd highest-scoring project in the US since LEED for Homes v.2008
We are the first LEED Platinum single home construction in Silicon Valley
and
We are the HIGHEST scoring NEW home in the US!!!
